The base is boring and doesn't piece together well. The face seems a bit lacking compared to the photos and box art (expected?) But other than that it's pretty awesome
This is an attractive figurine of Rei Ayanami in a sitting pose. I have no complaints about this figurine in itself; my only dissatisfaction stems from the fact that she is not built to the same scale as my seated figurine of Asuka Langley, which I was hoping to pair with this one. I'm currently displaying her underneath my standing Misato figurine, with Misato standing on a box above her, which obscures the fact that the two figures are not the same scale (my Misato, Asuka, and Mari are all the same scale, uniform to each other). This Rei is a better fit than my standing Rei (which is the same scale as this sitting figure), but until I can get a Rei figurine that is actually proportionate to the rest of my Eva collection, I don't consider my "Ladies of Evangelion" collection fully complete.
