i fell in love with noriko after stumbling upon "28" while exploring electronic music. and then sold forever with "from tokyo to naiagara" and "blurred in my mirror" -- and "sunset" from 'J" being my all time favorite (bauhaus anyone). she really has an almost psychotic side to her music (type her name into yutube vids and it's vid after vid of static tsunamis) where she seems to revel in all this cacophonous, electric noise.
while at other times singing so sweet and lovely to subtle and rhythmic electronica. it's the latter i love and sometimes there are just a couple songs i'll pick from a release: such as sunset, last days, once again, and lets love you from her J CD.
although the static of track #2 of "Trust" seems a bit oddball (did it slip out from her crazy side?) in this otherwise syrupy noriko release, the songs hold a real continuity. perhaps an album best appreciated by those of us who REALLY like her music. i do =)
it's gentle music (at least is seems so, as i don't speak japanese =)) and is mostly lacking of the fun, catchy glitch and rhythm of her best stuff, but i still really like these songs added into my tujiko noriko playlist.
