The Pip Oblate bags do exactly what I need. They are much easier to use than the circles I have used in the past. They are the perfect solution for taking a supplement whose dose would require too many capsules. Fill the bag no more than 2/3 of the way full. Fold the top in at the sides and down to form a flap. Moisten the end of the flap slightly, fold it over to hold the powder in, and seal the flap to the bag. Be sure take a drink of some liquid before you try to swallow the bag. It's best if you hold some liquid in the back of your throat so the bag will slip right down. Then tilt your head back and put the filled bag at the back of your throat. Swallow (don't breathe in!!!) and quickly take another drink. If the bag gets stuck in your throat and not swallowed, the bag will dissolve and you might inhale some of your medicinal powder. That's pretty awful, so swallow quickly! As long as you don't have a strong gag reflex, these are great. I love them. The grape taste is subtle but nice.
I'm pretty happy with these. Took me a couple times to really get the hang of it. But once you do, they are super easy to use and faster than using a pill machine. I hated swallowing so many pills and this just makes it much easier for me. I can't really taste the grape flavor, but that doesn't even matter.
These grape flavored oblate bags were better than I expected though a little bit expensive overall compared to non flavored oblate bags. Makes taking kratom far easier.
