何度も観たくなりレンタル落ちセットが有ったので購入しました。
Ｒ2は悲しくも残虐なシーンも有りますが、ルルーシュと言う青年の思い、悲しみ、決意を感じて欲しいです。

何気に車で再生した所、何も知らない高齢の母がまさかのルルのギアスに掛かりハマりました。
どうしよう、最終回のアレを観たらと思うと、最終回迄に復活のルルーシュ見せておこうかな(^^;

私は当時、掲示板でファンのみんなと話してきました。その上での推測を知って欲しい。ルル様は、罰を求めて死にたがるスザクに『ゼロとして生きる罰』=生きる理由を与え

人々にギアスをかけた代償に死を選び(不死になり生きる推測もありましたが。だってルル様の遺体について明かされない)

C.C.には『笑顔をくれる』約束をしたわけですし。スザクとの会話で『俺が消えれば』と言って『死ねば』とは言ってない。ルル様が死んでもジェレミアが悲しんでない(生き返ると知ってる?) ハッピーエンドは無理でしょうが、もしかしたら…というラストを期待してたからですが。生きてて欲しい気もします。

RE;の;は、『続いていく』という意味です。ルル様がしていた『皇帝』をナナリーが。『学生』をカレンが。『ゼロ』をスザクが継いだのです。そしてC.C.が『少しだけ違っていたか→孤独じゃなかった』と言うラストなんですよ。これを理解して見て下さいね。

そして、監督は一期１話に全てを込めた。と言ってました。
最初の心音は、ルル様が蘇生して眼を開ける意味ではないかと思ってます。
蘇生したルル様が、過去を振り返るストーリーなんじゃないか？

１話のラストはカメラ目線だしね。
だから…のセリフの後が、最終回の、世界を壊し世界を造る。に繋がるのではないかと思ってます。

ちなみに、掲示板での私のハンドルネームはアリエス迷宮でした。『ルル様』呼びで気づいた方いたかも。(笑)

まず、バグだとは思うのですが、この商品のレビューで、輸入品だからとか、再生出来ないとか思いっきり書いてあるレビューがありましたけど、純正の日本製品でした。当たり前ですが、何も問題はありません。ただ、ブックレットとかはコアなファンじゃなきゃ要らない対談ばかりが載ってるので、中古で良かったなと思いました。

Mein Sohn kommt aus dem Schwärmen nicht heraus, vielschichtig, sehr gut durchdacht, tolle Animation, perfekte Charakter. Man soll es mehrfach schauen, sonst kriegt man nicht alles mit. Mein Sohn ist kein Toner und sitzt nicht den ganzen Tag vor dem Bildschirm, ich freue mich, dass dies ihm so sehr gefällt. Er erzählt täglich ziemlich lang davon, so habe auch ich einen strahlenden Sohn, und das jeden Tag seit Wochen!

Le premier épisode de cette deuxième saison peut sembler étrange surtout après le cliffhanger de la fin de la première saison, mais il est en réalité parfaitement maitrisé et permet de faire le lien entre les deux saisons.
Code Geass est un animé possédant un certain nombre d'atouts : son rythme, son scénario passionnant rempli de rebondissements, ses personnages charismatiques et attachants qui ont tous un rôle à jouer dans l'intrigue à un moment ou à un autre.
Le rythme de la deuxième saison me semble encore plus soutenu, les épisodes s'enchainent à une vitesse ahurissante à un tel point qu'il est difficile de s'arrêter. De nouveaux personnages intéressants entrent en scène et les questions que l'on pouvait se poser lors de la première saison trouveront leurs réponses. Certaines réponses étant données un petit peu trop brusquement, d'ailleurs.
Les cinq derniers épisodes font progresser l'intrigue tellement vite que j'ai été déboussolé. Je pense notamment à une rencontre fatidique entre deux personnages (*cough*) expédiée à une vitesse ahurissante et qui précède une montée en puissance brusque et un peu "too much" à mon gout.
J'ai l'impression que la plus grande force de Code Geass (son rythme) est responsable d'une petite glissade malencontreuse sur la fin. Je mets malgré tout la note maximale à cette série : l'animé dans sa globalité reste tout de même excellent et même si cette deuxième saison aurait mérité un ou deux épisodes supplémentaires pour nous faire digérer un peu mieux certains événements, elle mérite vraiment de s'y attarder et entre dans mon top cinq de mes animés préférés.

Ce bluray est une version britannique, présenté dans une boite simple et contient deux disques. Vous avez le choix entre des doublages anglais et des doublages japonais sous-titrés en anglais. Les doublages anglais sont excellents, j'ai regardé les deux saisons de cette façon, les voix collent bien aux personnages, il est toujours appréciable de reconnaitre des voix que l'on a déjà entendu dans d'autres séries ou dans des jeux-vidéos.
Contrairement au bluray de la première saison je n'ai pas le souvenir d'avoir vu de bonus présents sur ce Code Geass R2.

En bref, il s'agit d'un investissement qui vaut largement le coup!

The show review:

Ichiro Okouchi + CLAMP = A force to be reckoned with. The first time I watched Code Geass was when it originally aired on Adult Swim in 2008...And between then and now, I've probably watched the entire series at least 4 or 5 times. Why? It is simply the greatest anime I've ever watched. Aside from The plot and character depth being the best I've ever seen in an anime, what really appealed to me was the brilliant combination of intelligence, philosophy, psychology, action, twists, and plot complexity in the show. Every aspect of the show has you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end, and keeps you watching episode after episode until you've hit the exciting twist at the end. Every second of Lelouch's life is a lie: hiding Zero's identity as a student at school, and hiding Lelouch vi Brittania's identity as Zero. The character takes on three identities: the rebellion leader, the student and the exiled prince. The problem is...those who know one, cannot know the others...While the plot is similar to your everyday "heroes tale" type story....The main character acquires a power (or object) and then sets out on an adventure circled around that power or object. However, the normal flow usually includes a series of dues ex machina twists that eventually elevate the plot to the ridiculous. The difference with Code Geass is that there are NO such twists. While Lelouch continues to face increasingly difficult opponents, he solves his problems not with obtaining a new power, but with pure intellect and the limited resources available to him at the time. Lelouch the strategist and brilliant tactician, whose every move is carefully planned out and calculated in advance. It is nearly impossible to tire of Lelouch finding his way out of unique near hopeless situations with nothing but his brainpower. The twists in this series come from the new challenges that constantly manifest in attempt to foil Lelouch's goal of Brittania's ultimate destruction and from his brilliant solutions to utterly hopeless situations. The show isn't entirely strategy and chess inspired war scenarios though...The darkness of the plot and some of Lelouch's methods are countered by the brightness of CLAMP animation and the eternally joyful characters. In summary, this series is the absolute perfect combination of bright, cheerful animation to a dark and suspenseful, yet deep and philosophical plot.

The product review:

Some disappointment: It isn't Blu-Ray. As a result, you get 8 discs which are very prone to scratches and general wear and tear over the years. However, the discs fit comfortably in an efficient arrangement. The discs are pretty difficult to get out unless you grab right right side of the disc. I have a habit of checking for scratches and as it turns out the seventh disc had a pretty nasty looking scratch on it, but it works just fine nonetheless. And after gladly testing all of the discs, they all work just fine. I don't usually buy anime, since I get the Funimation channel or watch them online or Netflix, when I saw that R2 was out, I knew I had to buy it. Would I buy another copy if it came out on Blu-Ray? Absolutely. Code Geass is most definitely an anime legend.

With a lot of anime out there, the storylines are predictable and the characters can be washed out and completely dull but not here! There are so many twists in this story you can't predict the outcome of anything, even the ending is unexpected. You can tell it's been well thought out as every plan Lelouch (main character) thinks up all rolls into how the ending occurs. It's a mind game as a character who could be described as Cobb from Inception plays out a war against the enemies. I won't go into any further detail in case people haven't seen series 1 but then you can't really watch series 2 without first seeing series 1.
The characters are well designed (designed by Clamp so of course they're amazing! And some characters have some resemblance to other characters in the Clamp universe). The animation is top of the range and beautiful to behold along with the mecha battles.
Music is stunning especially the more epic clashes between the two warring sides.

If I could give this series six stars I would and it's well worth watching!!
