this is the CUTEST ever. seriously, so cute. locks tightly, easy to clean. it is small, maybe the size of a medium fountain beverage cup, but i found that was enough for a satisfying lunch. i packed rice in the bottom, scrambled egg in the top, and steamed veggies in the middle. if you pack it right, it really can work very well. i am in the USA and i'm not a particularly small person, and i was satisfied with this amount of food, it's all about what you pack in it.
