I usually listen to music ranging from John Coltrane to Nick Cave to Dead can Dance to John Mclaughlin but I also have an ear for fun loving pop from various punk bands and new wave bands from the late 70's and 80's to elctronica like the sterophonics or electralane (well they are not too much electronica but they have that feel). Asteroid Galaxy Tour reminds me of a cross between fun electronica and early 60's girls groups. The woman singing has such a unique voice that somehow works well with the quirky instrumentation backing her. The song Heart Attack or Suburban Space Invader are infectious. There are fewer weak tracks on this cd than on their first cd. In fact there really aren't any weak songs. The first 3 tracks are weaker than the rest and that is when the cd really kicks in as great driving or exercising or waking yourself up music. It always ends for me playing it twice. I can't say that about many pop albums. This is classic for pop music.A truely upbeat and fun recording. It will get you moving. It's infectious.
Was soll man zu dem Album schon sagen. Ist super gut geworden und gehört somit, bei allen die diese Musikrichtung mögen, einfach ins Regal. Habe dazu gleich noch das andere Album gezogen. Alles richtig schick.
